Food Truck Round Up

We are thrilled to welcome back our Summer Food Truck Roundup next Thursday, June 15^th!

This popular outdoor campus-wide lunch event is hosting its first round up for the season at the center of the Rangeview campus (between 2725 Rocky Mountain Ave and 2915 Rocky Mountain Ave) from 11:00am until 1:30pm on Thursday.

Bring your appetite, because we’ve got trucks lined up to satisfy your lunchtime cravings! Walk, bike, or drive on over to the outdoor roundup and help support our local mobile chefs.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Variety of Food Trucks:
  • Origins Wood Fired Pizza
  • The Cupcake Gypsies

• Shaded tables and chairs in addition to high-tops will be setup onsite to offer plenty of seating options. Old Canal Park and nearby lawn seating are also available.
• Hand sanitizer and wipes will be available to wipe any surfaces down or clean hands.
