Blazen Illuminations Holiday Lighting Center Opens at the Marketplace at Centerra – Oct. 20

LOVELAND, CO – October 19, 2007 – McWHINNEY is pleased to announce Blazen Illumination’s seasonal Holiday Lighting Center has joined The Marketplace at Centerra, the largest power center in Northern Colorado, located at Interstate 25 and Highway 34 in Loveland. Situated next door to Staples at The Marketplace (1661 Fall River Drive), the Holiday Lighting Center is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. October 20 through December 24.

The Holiday Lighting Center will offer “the official LED Holiday Lights of Centerra” so admirers of the energy efficient LED lights can have the opportunity to purchase and utilize them at their own residences. Owned and operated by Blazen Illuminations, a Loveland-based lighting design company, the Holiday Lighting Center will also offer personalized holiday lighting design and support.

“Last year, we were overwhelmed with the number of calls for lights we received at our offices, not to mention the volume of calls received through McWHINNEY and Promenade Shops,” said Nate Webb, co-owner of Blazen Illuminations, the design and installation firm contracted for holiday lighting at Centerra. “Last year’s response was the impetus for us to open our first retail store this year at Centerra.”

The seasonal store will offer retail-grade LED holiday lighting similar to the commercial-grade lights showcased at Centerra. Due to its energy efficiency and long life estimates, LED holiday lighting has grown in popularity and is quickly becoming the standard for holiday lighting across the country. The Holiday Lighting Center at Centerra will also offer more lens styles and colors compared to any other retailer in the area.
