Lake Club at The Lakes at Centerra wins Platinum Award for Community Facility at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)

The new year is off to a great start at The Lakes at Centerra. Our very own community clubhouse, the Lake Club, was recently awarded Platinum level  for best Community Facility and Best in Region at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Best in American Living Awards.

The platinum level is the highest level award in the category, and of all the community facilities submitted from around the U.S. this year, the Lake Club was voted the best in the country. Additionally, the Lake Club won best project in the Mountain Region (Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming).
