Sounds of Centerra – ZiMbira

Kicking off this year’s Sounds of Centerra concert series will be a band with a unique sound, paying tribute to and honoring the cultural and musical influence of Zimbabwe, it’s ZiMbira! This Afro Fusion band will be sure to keep you up on your feet and dancing along with their unique range of instruments, playing both contemporary and traditional music native to Zimbabwe! The concert will take place on the Great Lawn in Chapungu Sculpture Park on Friday, July 12th from 7-9pm.
Don’t forget to bring your appetite as well since we’ll be featuring food trucks: You Need Pie, Divine Ice Cream, Human Bean for your enjoyment! We can’t wait to see you there!
