What's New
Sometimes dreams do come true, just ask the Brown family who saw The Lakes at Centerra in Loveland more than a decade ago when they moved to Colorado. As soon as they saw the picturesque neighborhood, Nolan and Amanda Brown knew they wanted to live there someday, and now that dream is coming to fruition as they build their ideal home.
On the heels of what has been an extremely difficult year for many, heading into 2021 with hopeful stories like the Brown’s is just what we could use right now. Sometimes it’s good to remember that dreams can be a reality, even if it takes a little while.
For this Loveland family, who sold their home and moved into an apartment while they waited for construction to begin on their Roxborough Model home from Taylor Morrison, 2021 is going to start on the right foot. After all, with nearly 3,000 square-feet, two stories and four bedrooms, this is the ideal home for a growing family.
Despite the pandemic, the building process has gone smoothly and the Browns expect to move into their new home in May, about eight months after breaking ground.
The Browns have always wanted a place to call their own and raise their children, and now they will have that in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Northern Colorado. Where prime location, recreation trails, nature and stylish design all converge, Amanda is documenting each step of the journey on her Instagram account and shared some of their experience with us as well in this vlog.
Maybe the new year is calling for a new home for you as well. If that’s the case, visit us at The Lakes at Centerra where dreams turn into reality for families all year.
