This temporary location for 2020 has vast open areas, parking, security and gated access to help limit attendance and discourage crowds for the drive-in fireworks show. No food or vendors will be onsite, and viewers are asked to remain in or adjacent to their vehicles, except to visit restroom facilities that will be provided.
Entry to the fireworks viewing at the Ranch is free and gates at the south entrance will open for vehicle entry at 7:30 p.m. With only 1,000 parking spaces available at the Ranch Events Complex, the City is working with property owners adjacent to the Ranch to serve as alternate viewing locations. Patrons are encouraged to visit the paved parking lots surrounding the Ranch first, as wait times for entry and exit will be significantly less. More information on the offsite viewing locations will be announced by the end of the week at www.cityofloveland.org/July42020.
The Fireworks show will start at approximately 9:15 p.m. and conclude around 9:35 p.m. While there will be no onsite entertainment or food as in previous years, patriotic music will be played on local radio station 96.1 KISS FM beginning at 8:30 p.m. to accompany the show and provide the full drive-in experience.
