7 Restaurants with Great Northern Colorado Views

Northern Colorado is known for having delicious food and a diverse range of fine dining, bistros and cafes to choose from. Another part of what makes Loveland and living at The Lakes at Centerra so special are the gorgeous views that follow you wherever you go. Combining the two, we’ve compiled a list of seven restaurants in the area with great Northern Colorado views.

    1. Backbone Restaurant &Brewhouse:Looking out over Loveland’s backdrop of Devil’s Backbone and the Rocky Mountain foothills, Backbone Restaurantis known for its gourmet grub. Complimented with a beautiful patio, Backbone is a Loveland hot spot for dinner or lunch with a view.

  1. mo’ Betta Gumbo:If you’re in the mood for some Cajun-style food, mo’ Betta Gumbo serves family recipes from Fourth Street’s oldest commercial building. With sidewalk seating options, mo’ Betta Gumbo is nestled in the heart of Loveland’s arts and entertainment district and brings a unique “N’awlins style flair.”
  1. Bent Fork TheGrill: Located at The Promenade Shops at Centerra, Bent Fork’s patio overlooks the hustle and bustle of the shopping center as well as beautiful Front Range views. Bent Fork offers a diverse range of traditional dishes with an inventive, fresh flair. It’s also a great venue for business lunches with its proximity to nearby industrial space.
  1. The Boot Grill- Loveland: This rooftop restaurant and bar lifts you above street level, allowing you to take in all of Northern Colorado’s natural landscapes and views.The Boot Grill has two patios to choose from, a wide range of tasty American dishes, drinks and lively music.
  1. Mishawaka Amphitheater: Located about 23 miles west of Fort Collins, “the Mish” has been a beloved Colorado music venue for nearly 100 years. But even if you’re not going to a concert, it’s worth a stop for a burger on the amphitheater’s outdoor deck, which overlooks the Poudre River. Keep your eyes peeled for bighorn sheep, elk and even bears on the hillside across the water.
    1. CooperSmith’sPub: Old Town Fort Collins has a special charm and is a lively scene for friends and families. CooperSmith’s Pub and Brewhouse has one of the city’s most popular patios, as it’s located in the middle of all the action. Beginning as one of the first brewpubs in Northern Colorado, CooperSmith’s quickly transformed into a hub for fun and excitement in Old Town Fort Collins.

 

    1. Centerra’s Food Truck Roundup: Get a little taste of everything complimented by Loveland’s views of pristine lakes and mountains. Centerra’s food truck round up is a great outdoor lunch option that commences on the third Thursday of every month, from 11 a.m.—2 p.m. in the Center of the Rangeview campus (between 2725 Rocky Mountain Ave. and 2915 Rocky Mountain Ave.).
