An Award-Winning Lake Club

We’ve won the Platinum Award for Community Facility from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Best in American Living Awards. In other words, our Lake Club community center is award-winning! A big thank you to our architect and design partner DTJ Design for giving The Lakes at Centerra residents a community center they love!

The Colorado Real Estate Journal published an article on the award and DTJ Design’s masterful design in their Construction, Design, & Engineering News section called “NAHB honors DTJ, KTI for community center, clubhouse design, respectively.”
