What's New
The winter season is officially upon us, which means the holidays are just around the corner. Looking for something to do to get in the holly jolly spirit? Loveland is chock full of special holiday events that are bound to make your winter season feel especially warm.
Loveland’s biggest holiday event returns for the 2019 season from November 15 through January 1. The display is located at Centerra’s Chapungu Sculpture Park in the Promenade Shops at Centerra. Each night, visitors can experience 80,000 lights and 30-minute music & light show each night. This year’s show features special programming, the largest inflatable igloo in Colorado and several local vendors onsite during Winter Wonderlights Live! The best part? This event is free and open to the public! However, visitors are encouraged to donate canned food to benefit the Larimer County Food Bank or unwrapped toys to benefit Santa Cops to ensure everyone in our community has a happy holiday. There’s still a chance to check out the Winter Wonderlights Live! Shows on December 13 and 14.
Lovely Light Displays:
One of Loveland’s favorite light displays returns this year at the Foote Lagoon. Explore traditional light displays created by local Loveland artists and path lights and trees transformed into a magical holiday scene. This event will include some of Loveland’s holiday displays that have historically been featured at Dwayne Webster Park along with unique, brand-new displays made by local artists.
The Savage Woods transforms into the holiday spirit with their Christmas Walk in the Woods display. Travel over the river and through the woods to hear carolers and enjoy the light display. Even better, get some quality time with the man himself, Saint Nick! Santa, carolers and the holiday light display will be available December 14 & 15, and the 21-23 from 5 – 8 p.m.
