High Plains Environmental Center Monthly Bird Walk
Take in the beauty of fall at Equalizer Lake and join the HPEC for its monthly bird walk. Ideal for all ages, the walking pace is slow and guided through approximately two miles of level walking paths. The educational walk takes place rain or shine, so pack up some binoculars, a water bottle, a snack, sunscreen and a rain jacket in case of thunderstorms.

Osborne Farm Pumpkin Patch & Farmers Market
A festive activity for the whole family, Osborne Farm features a wide selection of locally grown pumpkins, gourds, Indian corn, corn stalks and straw bails to pick the whole month of October. Loveland Art Studio Tour
Add some artistic flavor to your social calendar this October with this unique art exhibition. The Loveland Art Studio Tour is a great opportunity to meet and interact with artists in the Loveland area, and also get the chance to visit their studios.

Colorado State University Homecoming & Family Weekend
Put on your green and gold and make a trip to Fort Collins for a weekend filled with “Ram Spirit.” Activities kick off on Friday with the Homecoming Parade, pep rally and bonfire leading up to the Homecoming 5K (family walk and run), tailgate and football game against Air Force Academy on Saturday. 2015 Hitchcock Series: Classic Movie Night
Snuggle in for a spooky date night with the Loveland Public Library’s Classic Movie Night. This community-favorite features a 1943 American psychological thriller with complementary popcorn and water. Registration isn’t required but seats are limited so you may want to arrive early.

Halloween Hullabaloo at Centerra
Costume creatures and critters fill the streets at The Marketplace at Centerra for a fun afternoon of fall festivities. This popular street festival features a wide range of free outdoor activities, safe trick-or-treating, hands-on fall activities and a costume contest for every member of the family, including pets.
