Thoughtfully designed with indoor and outdoor spaces, The Lake Club creates balance with the beautiful Colorado mountains as a backdrop while hosting friends and family for an indoor celebration or outdoor rendezvous. The clubhouse is equipped with a stunning floor-to-ceiling, double-sided fireplace that invites residents inside to curl up to on a snowy afternoon with a cup of hot cocoa or venture outside to enjoy the ambience of a summer evening with all of the fixings for a classic s’more.
Inside the Lake Club is a demonstration kitchen available for residents to show off their culinary skills or learn some new tips and tricks in a cooking class. With portable lounge furniture, The Lake Club can be arranged to accompany up to 50 guests for a special event or rearranged to a cozier setting to look through the picturesque windows with an old (or new) friend at the incredible lake and mountain views. The expansive work space available is a great place for residents that are able to work remote with Loveland, Colorado jobs to switch up their scenery or for the kids to complete their homework after coming home from the High Plains School.
The clubhouse has a packed calendar of community events and activities to help neighbors connect. Residents of all ages looking to get their heart rates up can join the neighborhood fitness clubs that include activities like running, sports, barre fitness and more! For those looking for more mellow activities, The Lake Club offers a quilting club, game club, and a community book club. Other activities include grill outs, an after-school club, pool parties and more. Regardless of interests or hobbies, this clubhouse has something for everyone to enjoy and is the perfect gathering spot for new neighbors to get involved and meet one another.
With an impressive outdoor space, The Lake Club offers multiple ways for residents to soak up Loveland, Colorado’s weather, filled with 300+ days of sunshine. Situated overlooking Houts Reservoir and Equalizer Lake, The Lake Club features an extensive outdoor patio with a year-round barbeque where residents can relax, unwind and socialize while admiring views of the Rocky Mountains. The odds are in the residents’ favor to see an array of wildlife on any given day. The wetland area surrounding the Lake Club has been carefully preserved, and a multitude of animals and bird species, including herons and owls, can be regularly spotted. Outdoor enthusiasts can mingle with nature while kayaking or paddle-boarding on the lakes while others fish off of the dock or set up camp on the shore and observe the wildlife overhead.
The Lake Club features an incredible pool for residents to dip into on those warm Colorado summer months. With a splash zone for the kids to let loose, lap lanes for a workout, and a general swimming area for the family, the pool is a summer-time tradition for residents of all ages at The Lakes. Right next to the pool is the Frank Farm Park that features a large playground and picnic area. Conveniently located close the clubhouse and surrounding homes of The Lakes at Centerra, kids can be kids in a safe, outdoor environment that’s close enough to be home before the street lights come on.
A local hotspot connected to The Lakes at Centerra is an extensive trail system next door to the High Plains Environmental Center. Residents can begin their expedition in their backyards and explore Loveland’s natural surroundings where they are likely to see bald eagles and pelicans as well as other wildlife that calls northern Colorado their home. The trail system allows residents to easily walk, run or bike with an incredible view of the mountains along the way.
